Vasquez Rocks

Vasquez Rocks is a great place for a hike or spending the day with the family. These towering rock formations are one of southern California's most famous geologic wonders. It is easy to access and the spectacular rock formations are easy to climb; just keep watch over dogs and children as it is still very dangerous. Every once in a while I don't feel like fallowing a set trail and this is the best place to go for that.

10700 Wast Escondido Canyon Rd. Agua Dulce, CA, 91390. From Los Angeles take the 5 freeway north to the Antelope Valley freeway, take the 14 east freeway. Drive about 25 minutes and exit at Agua Dulce Canyon Rd. and turn left, Right at Escondido Canyon Rd. To see where to go on a map and get driving directions click here
